My phone has been ridiculously slow for months. Getting ready to factory reset per several suggestions. Have Google account backup setup to backup daily. Wondering how I use the daily backup to recover photes, videos and contacts after reset.

Can you try this steps first?:
1) Backup your data on your computer!
2) Download Clean Master and run it! That app will help you alot.
