what year did HP pavilion p249sa get released?

It appears to have lots of files installed and you can see where someone has tried to delete stuff off it but couldn't, I bought it two weeks ago at curry's PC world. Is this normal for a new laptop?

This year. The i3-5010U processor was released in January, 2015.
