When I power up the sylvania android netbook, it loads the Sylvania image and stays there. Any help available for this problem

Netbook will not start-up. It sticks at the Sylvania logo and won't load anything else. I tried the reset button to no avail.

Some tablets and devices will let you do a hard reset by hold down certain buttons. You should google it or contact the manufacture to see if your device can do that.
