Disconnect the keyboard, use an external one, does the same thing happen? If not, make sure keyboard is clean with nothing stuck in any keys, and re-connect it. If it continues to do the same thing, replace the keyboard.

I am using laptop acer ....should i need to connect usb keyboard...?it almost done...but nothing changed....there r times ..when i press any letters it appears also help center icon....at the same time.
