When I restart my computer at Apple logo is not over here when I push command r

I have encryption set and I lost my passcode I'm not able to get into the utilities menu
When I push command r
when I reset my computer does not give me me the Apple logo

my screen has a big lock and a blank spot to type in the recovery key

How do you not have the passcode for your computer?

See above or contact Apple (visit a local Apple store). As we have no means to verify that the system is yours, we can't help you bypass security measures. If you have been using this system regularly, you shouldn't be having this problem.
