I want a Nano-SIM card that's unlocked for all carriers. This is for the Samsung Galaxy A12 Android.

I don't want anything made by Huawei, or any other Chinese company.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish? The SIM card is what allows you to have service with a particular carrier. I use an unlocked phone with an AT&T SIM for service, for example.

To my knowledge, such a SIM as you described would not work with any carrier. If anyone knows better, than please enlighten the masses.

The SIM itself isn't unlocked. The phone is. You will need to purchase an unlocked phone or unlock your existing phone.
