Where do I find this mono sound?

My LG Bluetooth device isn't working in the left ear bud, and I think it might be the mono sound . Where do I find this mono sound control.

Mono is when both the left and right channels are combined and come out of both the left and right buds.
If there is a balance control in you source you can try that. Otherwise the left bud is dead.
