Question Where does my loose wire go to

There is a loose black wire in my bosbos pulse bluetooth speaker and it's not the speaker wire the speaker is making a loud whining noise when turned on how to fix it

No way to know without seeing what this wire is. Is the speaker still under warranty? If it is contact support. If not, probably would need to replace it.
