hello, somebody can tell me where is the cmos battery or jumpet or reset to clear bios, we need re install windows 8.1 but legacy usb is disabled, no boot usb, thanks

On tablets there are usually no removable CMOS batteries. Usually it just takes a long power button press when it is not plugged in.

No idea what tablet you have as the image link has expired.

I had a Dell tablet where I could enter the BIOS using the SHIFT+Restart trick within Windows to enter the BIOS.
