Where to Report Infringement of Privacy Which Led To Router Being Fried

Hello this person on this game named OctavianHax has been threatening others for a while. I didn't really care until be posted my ip on twitter. Then his hacker friends fried my router. Proof of this: http://gyazo.com/65c82037597baed0a18a290a3058828b
So where can I report this guy for doing this?

Have you reported to whoever manages the game servers you are playing?

Also, you should lock down your router from external access as well as changing all of your passwords on the router (for admin access and for your wireless network configuration).

Ok I will try that, but will locking down my router prevent my family from accessing it?

No. Your family accesses the router internally. You want to disable external access to prevent an outsider from accessing your router.
