which 32'' led lcd to buy, priority is picture quality on sd content

like the title sayes, budget is small so i'm asking for a best buy in the low end market, if it is a good tv maybe i coud go a litle higher...

this one cought my eye:
LG 32LB5610
it's an ips, full hd, led, 400$
 
If your priority is SD material the quality of the video upscaling and processing is very important. Problem is that this is exactly where most manufacturers will choose to save money on an HDTV. Only way you can tell is to see the set on SD source. There will probably not be a big difference in a give price range. I like Toshiba sets in the low end range.

if anyone could sugest an hdtv 32'' best picture quality for movies,

toshiba isn't ips, i heard that ips can make colours realy pop out and has beater viewing angel, in the 500$ range, dont know if an extra 100$ makes a diferens
Toshiba 32L2433 - dont know how it compares to the mentioned LG 32LB5610, there arent any reviews of neither of them

for visio i have heard good things but unfortunatly its not available in my country
