Which Asus laptop should i get

Im confused between the n550 and the g750jx. Never had a 17" laptop before and it also seems to suffer from quality control issues. Also, is it ok to sit with it in my lap or will it be too heavy? I'm 6 feet tall, weigh about 72 kgs

Laptop will be used for gaming, internet, multimedia and office work. Won't have to carry it on my back for extended periods.

go with g750x, its more of a multimedia laptop than the other one
