which computer would be the better option?

I'm getting a new computer and i have it narrowed down to 2 options, i wanted a powerful computer for less than 700 dollars and with good battery life. They are both quad core with radeon r7 graphics, which CPU is better AMD FX-7500 or AMD 10-9600P
