Which CPU should I choose for Starcraft 2 HOTS max settings?

I created a thread for this already, but the people did not answer my question. I know that these two cpus can play Starcraft 2 HOTS at max settings, but I need to know which one is better at doing so.

the difference would be like 1-7 fps. The only point of getting a K series intel cpu is if your going to overclock ( now that would make a bigger difference )

i7-4710HQ is a notebook processor.
i7-4790K is a desktop processor.

The best one is the one your platform can use.... So if you are buying a laptop it would be the i7-4710HQ. If you are building a desktop the i7-4790K is the best chip, and it is more powerful than the i7-4710HQ in a laptop.

but you won't see a major difference between the two in SC2 since both laptop models that you linked had a discrete GPU

Starcraft only uses 2 threads. You only need 2 core processor with mid range GPU.
