Which headset is better ?

Im looking at two Right now, Razer ManO’War 7.1 or HyperX Cloud II Gaming Headset ? If there are better headset,please tell me.My price range about $130 maybe more.

Personally I think you get better sound quality from non gaming headsets for a particular budget, unless you need a mic I'd look up reviews of normal stereo headsets. If you like virtual surround sound there are software options to do this, even the gaming headsets claiming 7.1 are just stereo headsets that use some form of software to manipulate/distort the sound.
