Which of the two laptops have higher performance. Though both have i5 4200U processor, due to difference in the company and architecture of their laptops, there should definitely be some performance difference between the two. Keeping aside their graphic card's and RAM's performances which laptop has better performance in terms of there absolute processor usages and efficiences.
If it's the same processor then it will have the same performance. Neither dell nor sony design/manufacture cpus.
Both the companies have different architecture for there laptops. Both may have same processors but should have different bus speeds. For example if we consider two ACs of Panasonic and Samsung each of 2 tonnes, will both cool the same size room with same power consumption???
