Which is better

so im a big pc builder but not much know how when it comes to laptops, i just want a basic one to play some games on and do university work. out of the two which is better

I would go with the Toshiba. The HP has a stronger cpu but not by a terrible amount, The additional GPU power of the AMD/Toshiba should offer better performance.
