Which is the bes for me!

Hi I am a 1st year computer science student.
I want to buy a laptop.
I found those two Dell laptops

Dell latitude e7450
I5 5300u
5500hd graphics
8gb ram
500gb HDD
14 inch 1080p antiglare display.
1.6kg.

And the second is:

Dell inspirion 3543
I5 5200u
Nvidia 820m + 5500hd graphics
8gb RAM
1000gb HDD.
15.3 inch 768p display
2.4 kg
DVD burner. (I can replace it by an ssd).

I am going to use the laptop for programing.

The 1st is more expensive by 15% than the second one.

Please help choose the best for me?

Actually both laptops will do the same at programming- none will really do better than the other. They both have two decent enough processors. The Dell latitude e7450 has a better screen resolution , but that won't benefit you in programming. The Dell inspirion 3543 though has a dedicated graphics card which would be a plus should you plan on running games or any graphic intensive tasks. It also has a slightly bigger screen which programmers usually go for.

Thanks for your answer just another question how much is the nvidia 820m better than the intel 5500hd graphics ?

I think you need a gaming laptop because it's has more horse power compatible for gaming and able to run GTA V-High Setting and no more CPU Throttleling
