Which laptop can run GTA V?

i am planning to buy a laptop... so i have these options according to my budget:

1. Dell Inspiron 5558: Core i5 2.2 Ghz, 4gb ram, Nvidia 920m 2gb card
2. Dell Inspiron 3542: Core i5 1.7 Ghz, 4gb ram, Nvidia 820m 2gb card
3. Hp r259ne: Core i5 2.2 Ghz, 4gb ram, Nvidia 820m 2gb card

Which one of these three laptops are good to play games like Max Payne 3, GTA IV, GTA V?
Also other question, i have heard that HP laptops have bad build quality, poor battery life, overheating problems and not reliable... is that true?
