Which laptop is better?

Intel Core i3-3110M (2.4 GHz)
2 GB DDR3 RAM, 500 GB HDD
Nvidia Geforce GT730 1GB

My daily usage is for multitasking, virtualization, and a little gaming. So which one is the best fit for me? Thank you.

They are both pretty weak in the GPU...but if it we're me I would get the HP. The i3-3110m is the more powerful CPU and will give you the best performance. And while both GPU's aren't the most powerful the GT 730m is the superior as you can see below:
