MSI FX420 (Sandy Bridge)
CPU Intel® Core™ i5-2410M
Chipset Intel® HM55
Memory 8GB DDR3
Graphics ATI Radeon HD6470 1GB DDR3 VRAM
Storage 500GB SATA

I know that the gt540m is better than ati 6470 but MSI has 8gb of ram and Cpu is sandy bridge
Pls help me choose!

They are both sandy bridge i5-2410. You have to check the chipset for msi thou, I am pretty sure it is HM65, not HM55 which supports the 1st get arrandale. Ram is cheap and can be easily change but gpu are expensive, are pretty much there forever, unless it is mxm <actually I think these are not mxm, so gpu upgrade is impossible. Get the Acer with GT540.

Yes, I went to MSI's site and it is H65, your site got it wrong. Still, I recommend the Acer.

I recommend an asus or msi, not acer, dell, gateway, hp.

Most of them are lemons.

I repair computer for a living and most of Acer need to replace mob witch is expensive. After warranty expires.

After a number of hardware issues at work with Acer notebooks, that brand got on my S@#! list. But of course, everyone's experience is different.
