Dell inspiron 15R ( the first one) is much better than the second option as surprisingly even cheaper. Although I recommend to order it online from USA and paying in dollars which still will be more profitable than paying in rupees from your nearest retailer. But if that's in your budget then you really don't need to think about it.
 
The 15R is better, the quality may be questionable compared to the aluminum chassis of the 15 7000.

@St0rm_KILL3r I am mostly certain you cannot find a 15R with those specs in the US, the ones that are available from Dell now only have HD 4400 graphics, but I am sure they'll make a model with an 8850m or slightly lesser card soon enough.
 


Really didn't know that, because I don't give much about laptops as they are overpriced than building your own pc. Now, I get it that why dell was top laptop maufacturer in India.
