Which laptop should I choose?

I narrowed it down to two choices. Really just looking for a all around laptop, need it for college work + a little bit of gaming.

(Really love vaio's sleek look with the i7 processor, don't like how its only 4gb of ram)

Lenevo Ideapad

(Not a huge fan of lenevo and it has a i5 processor, love how it has 6gb of ram and the nice look of it)

As far as branding, I have no issues with either brand personally.
For gaming the Lenovo has the Sony beat with a faster CPU and dual graphics cards in SLI (does make a difference in many games), more ram although the ram amount I don't really consider as it is an easy upgrade later, larger hard drive - yeah, I'm really not seeing a whole lot in the Sony other than an i7 with a newer (yet lesser) graphics card.
My vote would be on the Lenovo between those two
