Which Laptop to buy

I'm looking for a Laptop with 512SSD, 16GB HDrive, 15.6", intel 4.7,2.5-3.0ghz

these features are available in dell xps 15, and Lenovo y50-70. Which one is better? Dell has processing "up to" 3.30ghz. I'm not sure what does "up to" mean.

What will you be doing with the laptop?

Forex trading. I will be running several softwares at a time. I would like to get a really powerful laptop for this. Quick start up time and fast processing is key.

What is your budget? From what I know, any laptop with a quad core and LOTS of RAM should be fine (you can upgrade the hdd to an ssd later)

I thought I would spend around 1500 pounds. I would rather have a powerful laptop at one go rather than having to upgrade later.
