I have a bit of a conundrum on my hands.
I've been looking for a slim, portable 13-inch laptop to use at school and home, and shaved my list down to two main choices:
1) The Asus Zenbook 13 (i7 8550U, MX150, 16GB LPDDR3, 256GB SATA, 1920x1080 13.3'')
*AU$1600 / US$1200
2) The Dell XPS 13 9370 (i5 8250U, 8GB LPDDR3, 256GB SATA, 1920x1080 13.3")
*AU$2100 / ~US$1500
Whilst I realise the Asus blows the XPS out of the water performance-wise, I've heard the build quality leaves a lot to be desired.
Do you guys think the extra performance of the Asus is worth trading off the Dell's rigidity and superior portability? And if you have any alternatives to suggest, let me know!
