im looking for a gaming laptop
msi GT72S 6QE Dominator Pro G ( gtx 980 4g ) or ROG G752VY ( gtx 980 4g) ?
ram 8g or 16g ?
which one will be better ?

There are various options for the GT72S 6QE, and various models for the G752VY series as well.

Build quality wise, I'd probably take the MSI over the ASUS ROG. But they would both be excellent choices.
