which one is better: ThinkPad x140e vs. Dell latitude for education (3340 if I'm not wrong).

Considering between ThinkPad x140e vs. Dell latitude for education (3340 if I'm not wrong).

Looking for long lasting laptop, rugged, not going over 800, not too slow (only use for office, Adobe,etc. P.s. I'm accounting student)

The ThinkPad has amd a4 5000 and 6gb memory with about $600

The dell has celeron with 4gb memory with about $500(discounted until end of july, original price$800)

Which one is better and why. Please give me detail answer. More detail is better.

id go with the thinkpad because of the better processor over the dell and more ram. Honestly I don't think either laptop is a good deal. If you dont mind used/refurbished computers Id go to ebay and bid on a thinkpad t420 (14in ) or the smaller x220 (12.5in). If your lucky you could get one for under $400.

Thinkpads overall are a good choice due to their ruggedness and durability.
