Ideapad: better CPU, 512 SSD. Bad TN panel (just because it's TN, and not IPS)

Legion: better GPU, 1tb HDD, IPS. Pretty small SSD, but if you will use it only for software and OS - it shoud be more than enough.

My vote for Legion
