Which one should I buy?

Hello everyone, hope you can help me decide which laptop to buy.

First one's specs: I7 4710hq, 8gb ram and gtx 860m 2gb memory. £630

Second one's specs: I5 4210h, 12gb ram and gtx 960m 2gb memory. £732

I'm planning to play games like Witcher 3 and GTA 5 (demanding games basically) and I was thinking if the i5 processor would be a significant downgrade as I'm thinking of using the laptop for at least 2 years. Any help is welcome please help me to decide as soon as possible. Thank you very much for your time.

First one. Better CPU and the GPU difference is negligible. 8 GB vs 12 GB system RAM won't affect game performance much either, unless you're running a lot of programs while gaming.

First option is better. The performance difference between the 2 gpu's are very small.
