Which one should i buy?

i had two types of laptops in my mind (these are clevo type and i need to specify the specs)
1) i5 6400t with gtx 1060m
2) i7 6700t with gtx 970m
i choose T-version because i think it will give a better battery life (atleast 3 hours battery life is important to me)
please suggest me

Orl does 1060 bottleneck i5 6400t

No they perform separate functions but what I've heard is the 1060 really outperforms the 970.

Choose the first if gpu tasks are important, choose the second if cpu tasks are important.
