1.pentium quad core fourth generation with 1gb nvidia graphics card.
2.amd a8 6410 with 2gb ATI JET LE R5 M230
both with 4 gb ram

Need to know exact model name of that Nvidia GPU, that R5 M230 is very weak GPU.
2 GB graphics card is needed for higher resolutions than 1920x1080.

Too close. Check the frame rates for the type of games you play at any resolution and decide (because, some games give more frame rates in AMD and less in Nvidia and vice-versa).
