I know he creates maps for games in it like Call of Duty or Halo and so on...

it looks like google sketchup but it is not, perhaps a cad clone, can't see well on that image

You have me intrigued.
It looks similar to cryengine, but no. Cryengine and lumberyard, the menu goes "file edit modify"
It's not unreal or unity or source.

So that eliminates a few of the big names. many more to go...

So far, all I've got is that it's autocad compatible, judging from the .map extension, but it doesn't look like autocad.

A lot of people asked him in the chat and he didn't answer. He doesn't check the chat very often , also it was in subscriber mode only so i couldn't ask anymore.

He worked for Sledgehammer Games years ago , also made some call of duty maps . He said he needs to get used to it again
so he can make a stream about creating maps .

Yea , he said it's a newer version that the one he used and he needs to get used to it.
