That's a tough choice because the specs are nearly identical. I've found Thinkpads to be more reliable than Asus laptops, and the Lenovo's GPU is newer and it has a touchscreen. Does the Asus have a touch screen? However, the Asus should get better disk performance and be a little "snappier" on the desktop because of the larger SSD cache. All the same, I'd vote for the Lenovo...
 
I would say that the asus has the advantage as it has a bigger ssd and a better screen as the refresh rate is limited to 48 ghz whereas the asus has 60.

Assuming you are using this for gaming or other 3d apps, the difference between the 2 gpu will vary depending of the game. But the cooling in the asus is better.
