I would say MOTO G but why don't you look into Xperia C?,it has got a bigger screen (If it is of any importance to you) and almost very similar specs.

It all depends on the person and how he uses the device I know it will lag while playing games with high graphics but there are some people who prefer big screen than the hardware or ppi (For example my sis who is a show off prefers big screen as it stands out) so it is all upon the person
