Hi guys looking to buy a second hand laptop for a reasonable price, all of these are turning around 650 euros. Which one would offer the best performance in game. Is 2gb of VRAM enough for gaming? Which one of these would last at least 2 more years running current games, and next games (~medium)?

Thanks :)

I would say the second option on that list looks best .

If you want a decent gaming experience you want a gpu with at least 2gb of memory , more is better for future proofing .
Also system memory is important , 6gb is the sweet spot running from 1333mhz to 1600mhz is all you need.
A dual core intel cpu that runs at 2.5 is on the low end for gaming, A quad core that runs at 3.0+ ghz is best.

All have 8 gigs of RAM, except the first one which has 16.
According to this http://gpuboss.com/gpus/GeForce-GTX-770M-vs-GeForce-GTX-680M the 680m performs a little bit better than the 770m, but in my case 680m has only 2gb of vram and not 4.
And what' the difference between a 17,3 screen with 1920x1080 res and 1600x900 res?

Thanks

To be honest for gaming I'd go for the GS60/ y50, I myself use a GS70 and it is perfect (mine has a 870m) it is lightweight and very powerful and the 860m being based on newer architecture is alot more efficient running quieter and cooler. The Vram on these lower end mobile gpus wont really be the bottleneck in gaming and 2gb will be enough for medium / high details. The difference between 1080p and 900p is that there are more pixels, meaning in gaming that it will require more resources to run while having higher graphical fidelity (I would always go for 1080p). The MSI GX70 I wouldn't really recommenced due to APU being known to limited the GPU in those systems.

The 860m runs very cool and my GS70 with the more inefficient GPU compared to the 860M I'm going to say that lenovo / gs60 will run most likely very cool and quiet.

How come the 860m benchmarks are so low? http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html
The 680m scores twice as much.
Noise is not a big issue for me, but I certainly do not want to overheat.
