which tablet is best

i want to purchase a tablet and I'm torn between apple, Samsung and Sony.Advise based on restrictions, best software and stuff..i just don get this stuff...

I own an ipad gen 3 and it was my most productive investment ever, did all my school work and stuff on it without distractions.

if you want access to truly useful professional tools and apps, the ipad is the best. Its got an amazing display, i hate apple, but the ipad is the best and easiest tablet to use. IF you are more about leisure browsing, maybe playing some games, and streaming movies, (or have a specific interest in running custom operating systems..aherm..roms) then an android tablet would be better and considerably cheaper. or if you require flash plugin for certain...websites...you would want android as flash is not support on apple devices.

basically get android if u just want a faplet

Flash has been removed from the Google Play store and you have to go to the Adobe site to get flash now.

yes its still really easy to install flash 11.1 on android 4.3 and 4.4 kitkat devices (you need to allow installation from unknown sources)

They all have their strength and weaknesses. Talk to one person they say Apple is better then talked to another they say Apple is better. I myself prefer android. One reason it allows Micro SD cards and Apple doesn't.

android is better in the OS and features to me, more like a PC. Apple tablets though have the best apps.

Well I love my Galaxy Note because of the pen and the pen apps.
