which tablet should buy

i plan to buy tablet
i have this three in mind :
nexus 7" (2013)
Toshiba Encore WT8-A-102
LG G Pad 8.3" LGV 500

which is best ? is windosws 8 better than android ?
is there maybe better tablets than this i mentioned in same price class

have you taken a look at the samsung galaxy tab 3? personally i would get an android tablet because there's a lot you can do on it that's understated

Windows 8 desktop version is obviously better.It's like a pc but on a tablet
