Hi all,
I shopping for a laptop for college, and I've narrowed the search down to this Toshiba laptop
http/www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834216539
and this Asus laptop
http/www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834230987
But now I can't choose. I was looking for something below $600, but this Toshiba laptop has the new Intel U processor and an LED screen which both draw significantly less power than their respective components on the ASUS. However, the ASUS laptop is less than $600, and has a more powerful processor--and I don't want to get something that will show age in less than 4 years.
Do y'all think the Toshiba laptop is powerful enough to last me 4 years of mainly word processing and a little bit of gaming on the side? Or should I save $100 and go with the ASUS?
I appreciate all the tips and help!
Cheers!
