Whilw downloading pubg after 80% its showing toubleshooting problem why so?

I was downloading this game name pubg but it is not downloading after certain point is showing provlems with toubleshooting what is it? Please tell me in order to let me know
And also while downloading a movies with big gbs it is stopping why is it the proboem with my mobile it is samusng a8plus2018 please help

Well, what I know that the patrition of sd card isnt ntfs, but fat32 for my a5 2016.
Fat32 limits to 4,8GB like ps2.
If you download over 4 it will show errors.
