White spot in midle of TV

Hello, I was wondering if there was an easy fic for some burn in. My TV is showing a white almost hazy image right in the middle of the screen. Barely notice it when its being used but during some dark scenes or gameplay its a little annoying.

caused by magnet near screen?
is this a CRT TV or flatscreen?

Flatscreen (No degauss LOL), not a huge problem and TV is well outside of warranty. Just not very convenient.
