Why can't I see all of my roxio on my pc screen?

I have a roxio vhs to dvd 3 plus,I can't see all of it on my pc screen, I have tried dpi change and resolution nothing is working Help!

While it is playing, press Alt-Space and minimize it, then resize to full screen. Does it fit properly then?
