Why can't my nexxtech receiver/sender pick up hdmi channels, keeps saying that it is not Hdcp compliant

The sender is working but the receiver on the other tv will not work, what am I doing wrong

"P" from HDCP specification comes from "Protection". Most probably the device the sender is connected to checks that is connected to HDCP device.
