when watching videos on YouTube and other sites the video freezes starts and stops why? I haven't lg optimus and usually the videos work recently they have stopped working now I can barely watch one without its starting and stopping over and over

What changes have you made from its out of box state?

Was it brand new or refurbished?

Lg makes poor quality phones in my opinion however some like theirs. You might try and make sure u have a reliable internet connection and clear cache as well as a hard or master reset if nothing else. My 4g is fast if I'm in a good signal area
