Solved! Why does my Samsung galaxy j5 says unsupported sd card

Help, does anyone know how to fix my problem to the above question.the sd card has been in phone, since new, it’s a 4gb card.many thanks.

I would suggest trying a different card in the phone and see if it works. If it does, then the current card may have gone bad. It happens. If the new one doesn't work either, then your slot for the card may be having problems.
