I just keep getting sign-in failed, even though if I go to the AOL app itself on my phone, it shows my email just fine. I just thought this was kind of weird and hope you may have the same experience or know what to do. Any tips to solve this matter?
Samsung must be using the wrong settings. AOL was in a world of its own and the POP and SMTP settings are different from most other service providers. Here in England I have to use.pop.uk.aol.com for incoming and and smtp.uk.aol.com for sending.
You may need to mess around with a few alternatives but you'll get there in the end.
