Why dosent my iphone5c let Me go on youtube kids app

I have 1 kid and my iphone 5c won't play youtube kids App.and now Me and him are very mad

Need some details here, what happens when you try to use that app? Did you try uninstalling and re-installing it? Contact the app support?
