So I just purchased this brand new laptop of newegg.ca. The specs are AMD A8-6410 2.0 GHz Processor with Radeon R5 Graphics and 4GB of ram. I read online about the FPS rates I could get and I checked notebook review, they all said it can run CSGO at atleast 60fps with decent settings. But I downloaded and ran CS and it only gave me around 20 FPS! I set all graphics to low, turned of rendering and everything and I even set my Resolution to 800x600! Still barely budged above 20 FPS. Is it because I installed windows 10? I have no clue why this is happening I have cleared bloatware and everything like that? I checked all reviews and they say it runs CS smoothly at 60 fps. Someone please help. I don't want to have to send it back.

I would not call that a decent computer.
For starters, the graphics are integrated.
Second, CSGO is a CPU intensive game. That processor is not that great.

You pay for what you get in a laptop. To get decent fps, increase your budget to $700

Notebook review has not reviewed this model at all as far as I can see. There are only a handful of reviews on the amazon page and the majority complain about how slow it is.

You sure you looked up the right laptop?

Notebook check says that the Radeon R5 graphics card can run CSGO on med setting at 60fps WoW at 100 and so on so forth.

Best deal in this price range. Next gen APU after jaguar (every console). Runs games at low-med mostly, but a few on decent settings as well as most older ones, Thin, light, performs well for a budget laptop. I like the feel of the keys on the keyboard. Handles light gaming like World of Warcraft just fine at moderate settings, AMD apu allows for low to medium setting 720/768 gaming capable. Plays pretty much everything in my game library @30+fps and runs fairly cool. DX 11.2 kicks up framerate on some games better than previous versions. Boots fairly quick for a 5400rpm hdd. Just a couple of the reviews it got on newegg.

Yeah i'm not seeing any CSGO benchmarks. I searched it twice and looked it over about 15 times and not seeing it.

You also have to take into consideration that your CPU is extremely slow. That game list is under ideal conditions and even then most games are listed as 'unplayable'.

Lenovo G50? If you have windows 10 on it, make sure you have installed all of the latest drivers and the most recent bios version 2.04 directly from Lenovo. There should be a Lenovo Utility App as well to update drivers, unless you erased it with the rest of the bloatware. It will not update your bios though. It likely shipped with 2.02. Also, those laptops come with 1x4GB 1600mhz, when the APU and mobo are setup for 1866mhz. The A8-6410 Has a single channel memory controller so the whole 2x4GB doesn't come into play here for improvement, but increasing the ram's speed to 1866Mhz and upping it to 8GB makes a HUGE improvement. Don't forget to update C.C.C. as well. My daughter has that laptop and it does play most games fairly nicely at native screen resolution. As for CS:GO, it could very well be the wireless adapter driver, try plugging into your Ethernet port to verify. The touchpad also had an improper driver automatically installed with windows 10 causing the whole computer to be slow. Once I determined what it was and rolled it back, it acted like a new computer again.
1. 8GB 1866Mhz ddr3l 1.35
2. 2.04 BIOS from Lenovo (G50-45) This is still a windows 8.1 version, but most recent.
3. Update all drivers through Lenovo utility or website (G50-45) http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/lenovo-g-series-laptops/g50-45-notebook-lenovo
4. Update C.C.C.
5. Night and Day

You can check what driver versions you have in your device manager and compare them to the website. That laptop runs about on par with another a10-7300 laptop I have and slightly better than an i5 5200u's hd 5500 in another. It sits somewhere between a dedicated m230 and m240 I would say.
