Why is my HyperX Cloud 2 Mic not working.

"I was playing a game minding my own business when one of my teammates said, "You mic doesn't work bro." So, I went to control panel > sound and what not, but when I tried to change the level of it, the dB just stayed at 0.0. I have been searching for an hour for a solution but nothing works. Please help me"

Things I've done:

• 
  Installed/Reinstalled all drivers for my sound capture devices. (Realtek and the headset)
  Updated the Hyperx2 to the new firmware (It only screwed things even more)
  Restarted windows 20 times.

Help!!

May I ask, where did you get the realtek drivers when your uninstalled them?
