Why laptop starts automatically

Hello,
i m having d ASUS laptop I shut it down and after some time I found it on. I dont know how dis hapens nd really need help to overcome dis problem

Chances are that there is a device that is allowed to wake the computer from sleep.

Check your touchpad, keyboard and network devices under Device Manager. Go to Properties->Power Management and look for a setting that says "Allow this device to wake the computer." If it is selected, that might explain what is happening.
