Why my laptop fan is making noise?

Hey guys
I've got a hp elitebook 840 g1 and this fan is making noise check the photo the big red circle tells which fan

I opened my laptop just like that but didn't see any dust should I remove the fan too and check more if there is dust somewhere deeper , also my laptop doesn't overheat
It is weird sometimes it makes noise non stop and sometimes every second makes noise, stops , makes noise ,stops , makes noise ,stops .... and sometimes it doesn't make noise at all I don't understand what's going on ?

There was no image there to view, however no matter. If it is making that much noise, even though it isn't overheating, it sounds like the fan is going bad and probably going to need to be replaced.

You do have discrete amd graphics. Start and stop fans are often found on gpus and they are off until they hit a certain temperature. Then again it could be another fan entirely misbehaving in your system. Can you install hwmonitor and watch the fans and see which one is dong it?

Yeah that's your main fan and likely it's having issues like webworkings said. You'll need a replacement which aren't hard to do if you can find the part.

Better to replace it now, than have it start overheating and damage something.
